All sales are final. Due to the digital and instant nature of our product, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy.
When you purchase a subscription, you immediately receive access to all associated benefits. Because access is granted instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds for completed purchases.
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
• You were charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error.
• You did not receive access to the service after a confirmed payment.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused subscription time, or dissatisfaction after access has been granted.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in immediate and permanent account termination. We log all login and access activity which may be provided to your payment provider as evidence.
If you believe you qualify for an exception, contact us via Discord or Telegram within 48 hours of purchase with your order details.
